Zilgada is a product of the first crop of performance test star Sam R. His jumping ability is obvious from his score: Take-off 10, Power 9.5, Technique 9, Ability as a show jumper 9.5. This imposing, noble stallion who expresses a lot of blood is a son of the extremely good producer Mermus R.  Zilgada has at already 16,3 hands the height of her father. Her dam is the keur pref mare Ilgada, descending from the Stallion of the Century “Nimmerdor.” Zilgada also carries the well-known Marco Polo, Amor and Burggraaf in her pedigree. Bred to jump, but with talent for dressage also. She already shows a lovely presence under saddle and has a cadanced floating trot and a balanced canter.  She is easy to work with, very amateur friendly.  This imported well balanced moving mare is going to have a great future as a sports horse or make a wonderful broodmare.  Trailers well, calm in stall and pasture, no vices.
